You can sign up for 5, 10, 15 sessions, and you make your own schedule during the 15 week time slots

Forwards will be involved in High tempo drills focusing on skating, various shooting techniques, winning puck battles, positioning with and without the puck, game strategies and situations, 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 3v2 low, how to beat a 1v1, transitions and scrimmage.
Defencemen will be involved in skating, backwards, quick starts, tight turns, crossovers and mobility. Position around the net and in the corners using the switch,escapes,1 on 1’s, 2 on 2’,and various shooting techniques.
