High tempo drills focusing on skating, various shooting techniques, winning puck battles, positioning with and without the puck, game strategies and situations, 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 3v2 low, how to beat a 1v1, breakouts, give & go, cycling, transitions and scrimmage.
